How to Be More Creative

“I can’t do that… I’m not creative enough.”

THAT could relate to anything… Painting or drawing; playing a musical instrument; writing short fictional stories, poems, songs, or novels; interior designing—you name it.

The bottom line is, if you are telling yourself you aren’t creative enough, then you’re right.

The truth is every human being is creative in his or her own way.

Yes, it may require more time, effort, and practice for you than others, but we all have some degree of innate creativity.

However, telling yourself you aren’t creative enough to do something is a self-limiting belief. You are diminishing yourself and your mindset. In fact, close-mindedness and self-limiting beliefs are the primary enemies of creativity.

I know, because I used to be someone who repeatedly told myself: I’m not creative enough.

However, I started blog writing by accident back in 2011, and today I own and operate a digital marketing business, which was built on passion, diligence, and creativity.

It didn’t come easy… Through this journey, I had to learn how to harvest my own creativity.
